Mindfulness-based psychotherapy is the foundation of my practice. Mindfulness is a non-judgmental practice that allows more clarity, choice, and compassion with difficult emotions as they arise. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR (an set of tools for healing trauma), Somatic Awareness, authentic movement, spiritual inquiry, attachment issues, and the Work of Byron Katie. Additionally, I am familiar with the 12 step recovery process. I have many tools to help you be your best self. I believe that therapy is a journey of healing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit together.
