Internal Family Systems therapy (integrating different parts of ourselves) and mindfulness-based psychotherapy is the foundation of my practice. Mindfulness is a non-judgmental practice that allows more clarity, choice, and compassion with difficult emotions as they arise. I am also trained in the Work of Byron Katie and am familiar with the 12 step recovery process. I have many tools to help you be your best self. I believe that therapy is a journey of healing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit together.
